Business invitation for a foreigner – allows you to stay in Ukraine for no more than 90 days and serves as the basis for obtaining a business visa.
A business visa is issued only in the country of nationality. The exceptions are countries where a foreigner has a residence permit or work permit for at least 90 days. It is also possible to apply for a visa in another country if there is no Consulate or Embassy of Ukraine.

A business invitation can be issued from any legal entity registered in the unified state register of legal entities.
What documents are required to issue a business invitation?
To issue a business invitation, you need: the EDRPOU company code that invites a foreigner, a photocopy of the first page of the passport for a foreigner to travel abroad, the foreigner’s residence address abroad.
For how long can you arrange a business invitation?
A business invitation can be issued for a period of 90 days of stay of a foreigner in Ukraine in the period of half a year, but no more than the period of time for which the consulate of Ukraine will open a visa. (For countries with a visa regime).
How to open a visa with a ready business invitation?
It is necessary to contact the consulate of Ukraine in the foreigner’s country of residence, submit a package of documents, including a business invitation, in accordance with the consulate’s requirements, expect a visa.
